Senior Data Integration Consultant - IT (3-5 yrs)
Skills Needed:
- Proficient in design and development of Data pipelines/ Integrations jobs
- Experience in Azure Data Factory / AWS Glue/ Talend / SSIS / Informatica Power Centre
- Extensive Experience in Python data transformation with S3 /BLOB etc.
- Experience in constructing logical and physical data modelling to build the Data Warehouse / Data Lake
- Good Experience in handling the SQL, Index, Partitioning, distribution etc.,
- Extensive experience in ETL methodology for performing Data Profiling, Data Migration, Extraction Transformation and Loading using ETL tools
- Good knowledge on data, Data governance, Data Quality etc.
- Experience in CI-CD deployments will be an advantage
- Knowledge of NoSQL and Big Data technologies will be advantage.
- Experience in Business Intelligence BI will be advantage
- Experience with cloud services will be an added advantage
- Certified in any ETL tool or Database or data warehouse will be an added advantage
- Organizational skills: time management and planning
- Must have good analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to pick up new data tools and concepts quickly
Responsibilities:
- Gather requirements and business process knowledge in order to transform the data in a way that's geared towards the needs of end users
- Design, implement, and continuously expand data pipelines by performing extraction, transformation, and loading activities
- Collaborate with all developers and business users to gather required data and execute all ETL programs and scripts on systems and implement all data warehouse activities
- Work on data models, transformation scripts and pipelines while collaborating with business users and peers.
- Ensure that the data architecture and design is scalable, replay-able and maintainable
- Documentation on design content, Unit Testing activities.
- Monitor all business requirements and validate all designs and schedule all ETL processes and prepare documents for all data flow diagrams.
- Perform root cause analysis on all processes and resolve all production issues and validate all data and perform routine tests on databases and provide support to all ETL applications
