Senior Data Analyst - eCommerce - IIM/MDI/ISB/FMS (2-5 yrs)
Requirement:-
1. Collating all Business Input & Output Metrics across Teams
2. Building Business Plans across need states - Brands, Channels, Periods, Activities
3. Monitoring Business Performance vs Plan, identify causes for deviations
4. Conducting Analytics to deliver Business Insights
Competencies/Qualifications Required:
1. 3-6 years$B!G(B Experience of Business Analyst or Data Analysts experience in IT/Start-Up/eCommerce
2. Experience creating Business Plans, Annual Operating Plans, Dashboards
3. Strong Business Partnering skills in a multi-stakeholder environment
4. Structured approach to Data Analysis
5. Any Engineering Graduate from Tier 1 Institute with demonstrated Quantitative Aptitude (high scores in Exams/Tests of subjects like Math/Stat/Data Analytics/Economics/CAT Quant or DI/GMAT Quant or DI)
6. Should know Advanced Excel & SQL scripting
