Senior Curriculum Manager - Physics

Responsibilities :

- Creating subject-specific, error-free content for use in schools with limited resources.

- Researching best practices and innovating new ways to enhance learning in LEAD partner schools.

- Visiting LEAD schools from time-to-time and engaging with field teams to understand on-ground requirements for delivering excellent education.

- Coaching and managing a team of Subject Matter Experts & Curriculum Development Managers, along with supporting them in their professional development.

- Reviewing and providing feedback on content created by SMEs and Curriculum Development Managers, to ensure that it is high quality and error-free.

- Setting clear goals for the team and ensuring achievement as per LEAD quality standards.

- Creating clear curriculum development processes and guidelines for consistent and efficient delivery of product.

- Managing the project closely and ensuring their whole team delivers the product on time with quality.

Requirements :

- 5-6 years of experience in developing content and lesson plans in a particular subject, including experience in teaching using that content or working closely with teachers to ensure quality delivery of that content.

- 2-3 years of experience in coaching and managing a team.

- Experience in managing projects (goal-setting, monitoring, providing feedback, goal achievement).

- Graduate/PostGraduate degree in Engineering preferred for content development in Maths and Science, Bachelor of Arts (English) preferred for content development in English and Bachelor of Arts (Political Science) preferred for content development in Social Studies.

- Specialization in Early Childhood Development is a requirement for content development for pre-primary.

- Experience of working with teachers from schools with limited resources is preferred.
