Senior Curriculum Developer - Education

- Build curriculum based on a specific course design

- Learn how to structure courses, write them and build company multimedia assets

- Identify and collaborate with academics and senior practitioners to enrich content

- Work collaboratively with other teams to enhance curriculum with videos, graphics and assessments

Requirements :

- 3-7 years of work experience, preferably in learning and development, pedagogy design, journalism and HR strong storytelling skills

- Academic training in a discipline from the humanities, liberal arts, journalism, engineering and management studies

- Strong writing, editing skills as well as focus on structuring content

- Ability to work independently as well as with multiple teams

- Patience to rework material multiple times

- Think out of the box and look to include various multimedia into the courses

- Write blogs to showcase the company's approach to learning
