Senior Creative Designer - UI/UX - EduTech

Role Summary :

- An exciting opportunity exists for an expert UI/ UX Designer to join the newly established Ed-Tech venture leading its ambitious vision to develop personalized career-centric learning.

- You will create the UX and UI designs for the Cloud-based Web & Mobile client interfaces. It is highly desirable if you come from the Industrial design, Gaming, Social, Career or Ed-Tech industry, and possess a strong pedigree of Tier-I education and professional working background.

- You will work closely with our product and technology teams to ensure that your work gets into action and delivers results and impact swiftly.

- Talented, passionate, customer-obsessed with diverse expertise in Creative Design, UX Research, to create UI/UX that WOWs the customer and makes their experience super intuitive and memorable

- Well versed in the product development cycle, has a solid user centric and product design process, and has a diverse and extensive portfolio - Web and Mobile

- Creativity in problem-solving solutions and can articulate a strong design point-of-view cross physical and digital experience

- Collaborate with internal business stakeholders to identify and visualise the product values and priorities.

Required Qualifications, Skills and Experience :

- 3-6+ years of relevant design experience with proven success in working with partners and customers

- Bachelor/ Master's degree in product design, HCI, interaction design, creative design, industrial design, communication design, architecture or equivalent experience

- Deep expertise of fundamental visual design disciplines (typography, iconography, composition, colour, layout) and creation of a variety of visual mood boards, storyboards, creative briefs, and motion and visual guidelines

- Strong design capabilities, including composition, layout information hierarchy, typography, colour, animation, motion or industrial design.

- Eye and passion for product quality, craftsmanship, and attention to detail

- Innate curiosity, data-driven, and ability to self-start in an ambiguous and rapidly changing start-up-like environment, growth mindset

- Ability to quickly produce elegant and easily understood diagrams, wireframes, concept maps, prototypes, infographics, interaction guidelines, complete user interfaces and other related artifacts with a strong interaction point-of-view

- Experience delivering innovative and complex mobile, web or software products while meeting and exceeding milestone deadlines

- Real-World- problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically and in an agile manner

- Demonstrated ability to work effectively cross-functionally with cross-functional software teams

- Excellent written and verbal communication/presentation skills
