Senior Counsel - Litigation

- Our Client, a well known Bangalore based Real Estate Company, is looking for a Senior Counsel, Litigation.

- The position requires the ability to handle the most complex and challenging legal matters and litigation.

This role would be responsible for :

- Managing all existing Litigation matters

- Managing a team of Lawyers

- Initiate & respond to arbitration proceedings

- Liaise with external counsels

- The ideal candidate would have 12-18 years of PQE in Litigation (with a well known Law Firm) and in team management. Experience in Real Estate Litigation would be of added advantage.
