Senior Counsel

- Experience - 7 -10 yrs experience in brokerage firm, law firms, in-house or legal consulting firms

- Education - holds a legal degree

- Employment Type - Permanent

- Annual Compensation - 15 to 20 lakhs per annum

Requirements - 

- Knowledge of financial industry and in particular brokerage firm

- Experienced in drafting, reviewing and negotiating Brokerage document

- Capable of working independently without supervision

- Excellent communication skills

- Negotiation skills

Key Responsibility Areas -

- Drafting, reviewing, advising on and negotiating contracts, including NDAs, Terms of Business and brokerage agreements

- Drafting and reviewing policies, procedures and guidelines

- Assisting on legal/ compliance matters and projects
