Senior Corporate Lawyer - Up and coming Bangalore-based law firm is looking for senior attorney with extensive experience in managing and negotiating corporate and commercial transactions. Candidates must have extensive experience in drafting, vetting and negotiating contracts at both domestic and global levels. - Candidates with proven leadership abilities and experience in leading teams in the past are preferred. Candidate must have a minimum of 6 years of work experience in this practice group or in related practice groups. Experience in Private Equity, M&A, Venture Capital will be an added bonus. - In house counsel are also welcome to apply to this position. Candidate must be a qualified lawyer. Candidate must have led transactions independently and must have the ability to operate without supervision. Candidate must be fluent in both spoken and written English.
