Sr Copywriter Roles and Responsibilities : 1. Social media content: ideate on the calendar layout and design posts and stories for the monthly brand social media calendar. Execute the graphic design for all brand comms. on social media and manage content for branded collaborations. 2. D2C and marketplace content: create banners and all marketing materials to support the sales functions on D2C and marketplaces like Amazon, Swiggy, and Zomato. 3. Performance marketing: build visuals (statics and carousels) for the brands performance marketing and media calendar (for D2C) and the promotions calendar (for other marketplaces). 4. Remarketing: ideate on and create content for the monthly email and whatsapp remarketing calendars. 5. Packaging: develop/ make changes to packaging layouts for pre existing SKUs 6. Ensure uniformity and consistency across all digital (visual) touchpoints of the brand. Help to create visual guidelines for the brand (revised) and ensure these are followed. 7. Check and proofread all packaging proofs, cylinder proofs, and sample pack proofs of all categories of products that TBC makes. 8. Support the offline sales team by providing marketing collateral they may need from time to time. Candidate Profile : - Ability to coordinate with agencies and other brand stakeholders is a must. - Someone who has worked on similar brands before has an added advantage. - Good spoken and written communications are a plus. - Being self-driven, managing time and meeting project timelines are a must. - Technical know-how: design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Some experience of working with video editing tools like PremierPro is a plus
