Senior Coordinator - Human Resource - Consulting Firm - IIM/XLRI/TISS/SCMHRD (6-9 yrs)
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Stay updated on the performance and PD needs of the consulting classes - C1 to CTL through open and on-going communication
- Track the performance of the allocated consulting classes. Responsible for quality checking reviews for alignment with rating guidelines and to prevent rating inflation
- Master all PD related systems and policies
- Responsible for managing all operations related to consulting performance review process for the allocated consulting classes (prepare meeting data, insights on all consulting staff for review meetings, promotion meetings and performance management/performance-based transitions) and also responsible for preparing performance review decks.
- Independently and accurately update and track people's movements in grade level, compensation levels using HR systems to ensure zero-defect in employee's profile.
- Work with the allocated consulting class program managers closely to address issues/questions related to PD in general by participating in class meetings
- Manage all compensation activities for consulting staff responsible for tracking all consulting level changes and execution of related comp changes
- Act as the sounding board on issues related to PD for relevant classes to the HR manager
- Responsible for monthly payroll and monthly leave reconciliation for consulting staff
QUALIFICATIONS:
- MBA from a reputed institute
- 6 years of work experience with a minimum of 3 years- experience in running Performance Management processes along with front ending the related communications is mandatory
- Competence with Excel, PowerPoint, Word
