Senior Content Manager - NGO

- Understand the goals of our client/end-user (learners), align the product to these objectives by setting clear priorities and direction.

- Define, curate & structure content development process; work on content across all levels.

- Quickly learn complex concepts and ensure the quality of content, instructional design, delivery, and overall course experience. per the requirement.

- Building partnerships with various institutes/organizations for content/courses usage.

- Ensure adoption of best practices in content curation & delivery.

- Orienting partner organizations in the usage of the content.

- Ensuring organizational online content platform maintained as per the requirements.

- Ensuring the curated contents are as per industry standards and meets industry requirements.

- Representing the organization at various forums.

- Maintain the MIS for contents-related activities/project.

- Any other incidental work as and when required.
