Senior Content Manager

Ideal Candidate Profile (Essential Attributes) :

- Prior experience in curriculum and pedagogy development in ed-tech or training industry

- Exposure to instructional design, assessment creation and/ or teaching is a plus

- Prior experience in leading end to end online course development lifecycle

- Excellent communication and project management skills

- Knowledge of multiple tools and LMS to develop and publish engaging/interactive curriculum

Desirable Attributes :

- Able to work in fast-paced evolving environment

- Ability to work with large teams (freelancer or internal)

- Ability to adopt new tools and technology to aid efficient content creation

Target Industry/Sector :

- Training/ Skilling Industry

- B2C/ B2B EdTech experience preferred

Key Responsibility Areas :

This will include but not limited to :

- Develop curriculum, content architecture and learning goals in consultation with experts

- Lead the design and development of content for learning programs offered by company

- Create guidelines and training for a large pool of freelance content developers

- Be accountable for ensuring timely delivery and high quality of content by content developers

- Holistically craft the course curriculum to incorporate the overall learning experience through different means such as lessons, activities, projects and assessments

- Benchmark the curriculum with the industry. Implement pedagogical advancements to ensure activity-based engaging learning experience along with clear learning outcomes

- Ensure error free content and quality service to customers

- Drive engagement metrics through superior content and pedagogy

- Own the operations of Learning Management system to publish courses and assessments
