Senior Consultant - Valuations (Tangible / Intangible) - Advisory Firm Job Profile: - Support teams in providing financial consulting services relating to valuation of businesses, intangible assets, and corporate finance related services. - Assist in the valuation for regulatory, financial, and tax purposes (ASC 350 - Goodwill Impairment testing, ASC 805 - Purchase Price Allocations and ASC 820- Fair Value Measurement of Portfolio Companies of Venture Capitalists and ASC 946). - Assist in valuing intangible assets like Trademarks, Technology, Non-Compete Agreements, and Customer Relationships etc. - Model building and reviewing - discounted cash flow ("DCF") models, guideline public company ("GPC") models and guideline transaction method ("GTM") models. Skills Required: - Graduate / MBA / CFA with 3 - 6 years of experience into Valuations. - Strong exp into Tangible / Intangible / Capital Equipment Valuation skills.
