Hi Antal is looking for a Senior Consultant - who have experience in delivering strategy and M&amp;A, DD projects. Role and Responsibility : - Ownership for delivery to clients - Lead team to drive client outcomes - Deliver multiple complex projects using defined tools - Present convincingly to clients - Develop &amp; performance manage team for client delivery - Engage and retain team - Generate work leads from existing clients - Publish new insights - Own all people processes - Create pipeline from new / existing clients to meet targets - Deliver to P&amp;L targets - Works with Directors to define business strategy for MEC - Develop &amp; mentor consultant pool for high client delivery - Delivers to account level targets &amp; relationships - Create deep client relationships to build MEC brand - Drives organization wide initiatives around Brand &amp; capabilities Functional competency : - Demonstrate functional expertise - Demonstrate domain knowledge - Own client account and development process Leadership competency : - Demonstrates entrepreneurial skills of building biz, evaluating risk, action orientation &amp; accountability - Be seen as MEC role-model - Ability to build &amp; manage client relationships - Lead orgnisation-wide initiatives
