Consultant - Strategy - Healthcare Consulting

- Looking for candidates with strong exp in healthcare consulting domain. Must have hands on strategy role.

We are looking for functional consultants with experience in any of the following areas - business analysis, core consulting in areas such as operational improvement, financial and process consulting and digital assessment.

You would work closely with our colleagues in geos and develop transformation roadmap, future operating models, track healthcare regulations, create points of view and develop new solution offerings for global healthcare clients.

Expertise in MS Office tools is a must as are strong communication skills - oral and written.

If you have between 2-5 years of experience with similar work, preferably a masters degree plus an economics / accounting /engineering degree from a top college and are a team player,

- Candidate must possess 2-6 years of relevant industry or functional work experience showing strong career progression and (academic) achievement

- Prior consulting experience in the US market is a plus

- Candidates must have knowledge or exposure to US health system - payor and provider is desirable

He / She should have practical experience in one or more of the following:

- Strategy or strategic planning

- Strategic project leadership

- Organizational restructuring / transformation

- Finance or business operations

- Business development, marketing, or sales
