Our Conglomerate Client is Hiring Senior Consultant Strategy - EV Business in Navi Mumbai Location
Position Level - Manager/Sr Manager/AGM/GM
Key Accountabilities :
- Formulation of growth strategy, go-to-market & operations strategy for Company EV Business.
- Drive and coordinate execution of strategic initiatives
- Financial Modelling for business cases like BAAS (Battery-as-a-Service), VAAS (Vehicle-as-a-Service), DAAS (Digital as a Service), EV Charging and other innovative business models
- Comprehensive Financial Modelling and unit economics for pricing, customer offers, scenario analysis & sensitivity analysis
- Current state assessment, market assessment, market sizing, customer analysis, pricing and channel strategy
- Business insights & intelligence from extensive primary & secondary market research
- Monitoring and analyzing Government Policies, tracking RFPs/Tenders in the EV space and prepare commercials for bidding
- Margin Pool Analysis of the EV Value Chain to assess various business opportunities
- Perform cost analysis to optimize investments and operations. Fleet transition assessment and deployment
- Preparation and ownership of business's Annual Operating Plan (AOP)
- Track and control P&L, variance analysis, capex monitoring, performance reporting
- Define, measure & drive improvement in operating as well as financial metrics (KPIs), publish insights/anomalies as MIS
- Engage with business development and offer development teams right from the deal sourcing; customer engagement for targeted business model and price offering
- TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) analysis to demonstrate benefit of company product proposal to the customer
- Partnership discussion and negotiation with financing partners; Benchmarking current competitor offerings and identifying differentiation
