Position: Senior Consultant/Principal Consultant

Job Location - Hyderabad with frequent on-site travel opportunities. (Currently remote)

Desired Skills -

- Strategic thinking and challenging business problem solving skills

- Minimum of 3 Years of experience in strategy and management consulting, preferably in healthcare space

- A relevant undergraduate degree (B.E/B.Tech/B.Pharm/M.B.B.S)and an advanced degree is a value-add (M.D/M.S/M.B.A/M.H.A).

- Experienced team lead with ability to deliver projects successfully from proposal preparation to final client presentation

- Executive presence - strong presentation and communication skills

- Must be self-driven who thrives in a global team and unstructured environment

- Attention to details while not missing the big-picture

- Very focused on "value to the client" and High EQ

Responsibilities:

- Plan and deliver strategy consulting projects end-to-end.

- Define the problem concisely and follow a structured problem-solving approach

- Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis to drive the proposed solution

- Conduct interviews with relevant stakeholders- KOLs and industry experts to gain an understanding of space, business problems, and insights as per the project needs

- Identify, develop insights in answering the business problems - technical, clinical or market related objectives of the client

- Engage and deliver to the client on a periodic basis. Gather feedback and incorporate to course correct

- Design and develop coherent strategic solutions working along with the client(s)

- May need to travel (abroad) to the client location as per the project needs for presentations and key meetings/worshops

- Coach and develop the team members - actively contribute to the team learning
