Senior Consultant - Statutory Audit - CA (3-5 yrs)
Require CAs for a Reputed Global Accounting Firm for Audit under US GAAP of US Entities
Qualification: CA with 3 to 5 years of Statutory Audit experience
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Minimum 3 years of Statutory Audit experience
- Experience in Auditing of Financial Services clients like PE/VC Funds,MutualFunds etc
- Statutory Audits on US GAAP doing US Audits
- To identify issues and propose solutions
- Effectively distribute work to staff and review staff work
- Identify potential services that might be of value for the Client
- Keep clients current on engagement status.
- Execute components of audit under remote service delivery model
- Develop and enhance good relationship with U.S. audit teams.
