Senior (Solution Designing with Llamasoft Supply Chain Guru)

Position Summary:

Senior Supply Chain Consultant will synergize business development support, customer engagement, solutions mapping, costing, define customer value creation and provide insight to implementation/transition project planning. Partnering with others in procedure of tender/RFQ proposals.

Key Accountabilities:

- Linfox business units with solutions in the following areas:

- Supply chain and distribution network analysis, design

- Transport route analysis, design, simulation, optimization, and solution costing

- Demand analysis

- Workflow / process analysis

- Customer value creation expected from the proposed solution

- Linfox stakeholders' satisfaction

- Analysis of risks of proposed solutions

- Taking ownership and supporting to deliver end to end network designs and transport optimization solutions to enhance service levels and minimize costs.

- Collaborating with the commercial team to develop business cases for own fleet models.

- Developing fleet network models and routing proposals using available modelling tools.

- Able to influence the design of new fleet, fleet mix and demand management.

- Develop scenario to test the most commercially viable solutions.

- Support in the creation and response to RFQ's

- Support the team in the continuous improvement programs.

- Ensure accurate and clearly costed proposals defining all cost benefits.

Education, Qualifications & Experience:

- Commercial/Analytical Degree e.g. engineering/IT/business

- Demonstrated 5+ years of professional services/consulting experience or industry-based modelling and analysis, alternatively operational management experience
