Senior Consultant - Robotics Process Automation - HR Consulting Domain - Big4 (3-10 yrs)

We have a job opening with our client which is one of the Big 4 for the position of Sr Consultant - RPA for Gurgaon & Bangalore location.

Your key responsibilities

- As part of the HR transformation practice, contribute to global client projects. Support leadership in developing /growing the practice

- Project Delivery: Work on global client projects as part of a globally distributed team. Ensure quality of all work outputs, timeliness and accuracy of the content. Be recognized as a subject matter expert in areas such as Intelligent Automation, Process Design and optimization, HR Systems, PMO and Change management

- Ensure effective client communication, cadence and build relations with client and project team counterparts across global locations. Ensure to obtain excellent feedback from the client and global project counterparts

- Practice development: Support development of thought leadership, collateral, HRT tools & accelerators (Process mapping & benchmarking tools), methodologies to enhance HR transformation and support company initiatives within the practice

Knowledge / significant exposure in below areas :

- Knowledge of intelligent automation and application in an HR transformation program

- Been involved in end-to-end RPA execution from the assessment of processes across various service offerings to identify opportunities for Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solution to implementation and change management support

End to end RPA Execution :

- Conduct process maturity & input standardization


- Assess of processes across various service offerings to identify opportunities for Robotic Process Automation (RPA)

- Evaluate and measure the value or benefit realized for the process through automation

- Process prioritization, process optimization for HR processes

- Support development and deployment, UAT and hyper-care phase of implementation

Process Design and optimization :

- Design of process documentation and identify non-value-added steps to streamline, standardize and redefine processes

- Identify steps for intelligent automation

- Transition to the deployment environment

- Design RACI documentation

PMO and Change management support :

- Design and maintaining RAID, RACI, Requirement Traceability and other project management tools and metrics

- Ensure project plans and project documentation are complete and up-to-date, provide regular project status updates

- Design communication plans and awareness materials about the automation journey

Strong awareness and experience in HR systems - HCM cloud solutions :

- Knowledge of one or more HCM cloud HCM Cloud solutions such as Oracle Fusion, SuccessFactors, Workday

- Working knowledge of Robotic process automation and its application in HR

- Working knowledge of project management tools and applications like MS Projects, SharePoint, etc

- Working knowledge and/or experience in RPA implementation HR

- Exposure to any vendor platform for RPA like Blueprism or Automation Anywhere

To qualify for the role, you must have :

- Postgraduate degree or equivalent with a specialization in Human Resources (India or abroad)

- Preferred work experience/exposure 3-10 years of experience in HR consulting domain with a Master's degree in HR or full-time MBA and work experience/exposure to HR transformation programs as part of a globally distributed team.

- Recommended to have worked in a consulting environment on global client projects in areas of HR transformation such as Intelligent automation in HR, HR Process Design, HR Operating Model, and HR Technology and Managed services.

- Consulting experience is preferred

Mobility Requirements: Interested candidates must be open to travel nationally and internationally
