- A role in Responsible Sourcing means having a hand in developing products that have a positive impact on people and the planet. - In Responsible Sourcing, you'll apply your apparel and accessories and/or home goods or other industry expertise to promote and apply responsible sourcing practices while driving the success and growth of the organizations owned brands. And since the organization is indeed a global company, you'll be part of the team that manages global relationships in partnership with the buying team who shop for trends all over the world. Your ability to stay aware of our suppliers' activities will help ensure compliance with responsible practices, and you'll have influence over which manufacturers organization chooses to work with.

- You'll be a close point-of-contact with the organizations team members in sourcing offices located in 20 countries around the globe, and you'll support their work as liaisons among buyers, product developers and overseas partners

Key responsibilities:

This position will report to the Director, Responsible Sourcing.

As a Senior Responsible Sourcing Consultant, you will be part of the team that is evolving the responsible sourcing oversight function that allows us to be a progressive force for good.

- Collaborate closely with business partners and factories to deliver on responsible sourcing remediation and capability building goals.

- Based on the Advisory Program framework you will evaluate factory capability management systems and practices, visit factories and set clear improvement objectives and flexible approaches to achieve desired outcomes based on program milestones

- Influence CFT, vendor management, factory leadership and workers to take ownership and accountability to integrate new workplace cooperation skills

- Facilitate and lead conversations to support learning and development, and to achieve program outcomes

- Use objective and subjective measures to measure impact.

- Leverage technology to deliver on worker voice initiatives and to measure program progress and impact
