Develop and demonstrate in-depth knowledge of consulting toolbox covering but not limited to:

a. Project tools: Story lining, Issue tree driven problem solving, Dummy decks, SCR model

b. Planning tools: Project Charters, Delegation, Communication

- Develop ability to manage time and prioritisation of work for the self & team

- Bring out big picture thinking/business acumen via working on assignments

- Engage and motivate team

- Be a part of organisation-wide initiatives
