1. Identify high impact improvement opportunities (Transformation) by facilitating discussions with Sr. management & clients

2. Scope out Transformation projects

3. Create Transformation project plan/ SOW

4. Analyze the requirements by demonstrating strong process / solution knowledge, understanding of client business scenario, understanding constraints in implementation and technology

5. Liaison with Client, internal departments and managers on need basis to drive improvements.

6. Lead complex projects

7. Quality Planning for the set of engagements within the span

8. Planning and governance of Transition Quality, toll gate reviews

9. Adherence to steady state Quality requirements for the engagements under the span
