Senior Consultant /Principal- Leadership Consulting & Executive Search (8-15 yrs)
SHS is a fast growing Executive Search firm established in 2008. We are looking for Consultants/ Senior Consultants to join our team.
As a Consultant your role would involve
- Independent delivery responsibility for client mandates
- Research and build knowledge of various sectors
- Develop the search strategy and lead execution
- Communicate effectively with senior management - both candidates and clients.
- High level of influencing skills required.
MBA with professional qualification preferred.
