Senior Consultant: Organizational/effectiveness and PMS:  Specific experience requirements are listed as below   Solution development - has led modules independently in the some of the following areas :  - Integrated HR solutions.   - Organization structuring   - PMS, Talent management policy, and process.   - Leadership development & assessment   - Organisation effectiveness & development  Organisation diagnostic and transformation planning.  1. Business development :  - Is well networked in the HR and business community  - Has developed/supported in business development in the past with MNC, Indian business and Owner managed organizations preferably in the HR / Change management space - consulting or products   - Good proposal creation skills   2. Has HR Consulting experience with one of the large Consulting firms. This is important for a number of reasons. Networked with clients and capability to bring existing relationships to the table. Understanding of the consulting process and methodologies. (Writing proposals, diagnostic skills. solutioning, designing presentations. Senior client interface. Social skills). Business development.   3. Has an entrepreneurial mindset  4. Self-driven takes ownership.  5. Understands the difference between a large firm and a start-up/ young   6. Self-driven takes ownership   7. It would be great if the person has exposure to HR technology but this is not necessary.  MBA, Tier 1 or Tier 2 B-school   Location - Gurgaon  Compensation :  - Would carry a good mix of Fixed and Variable Pay   - Total compensation would be based on the experience and growth potential
