Job Description for Operation Risk & Project Management Profile - Senior Consultant

MAIN TASKS & ACTIVITIES :

I. OPERATIONAL PLANNING & RISK MANAGEMENT [SUPERVISOR] :

1 Supervising Operational Risk related activities and initiatives in line with Head Office Procedures, Local procedures, Clients expectations (Service Level Agreements) and benchmarking with GIC peers.

2. Implementation of Business Continuity Initiatives as per HOP requirements, Client expectations (as per Service Level Agreements), Preparation / facilitation of Business Impact Analysis, Business Continuity Management Documents, Conduct of drills, ensuring that the BCP infrastrure is in place as defined and is operating effectively.

- Creating BCP scenarios and testing the preparations, reporting results to management and following up on action plans.

- Facilitating BCP strategy and integrating the same with project management.

3. Supervising Intra Office Inspection process in line HOP and as per the plan, reporting the status and findings to management.

4. Supervising preparation and execution of Local Operations Committee and its related reportings, and following up on action plans.

5. Implementation of the Control Self Assessment (CSA) framework and following up on action plans.

6. Implementation of HOP and reviewing compliances with HOP requirements.

7. Ops Error Reporting Process supervision, Root cause analysis & follow up on actions.

8. Review and Management of IOP and Local Management Directives.

- Preparation, review and implement of Local Management Directives in respect of day to day operations of the company.

II. PROJECT MANAGEMENT, OUTSOURCING REGULATORY COMPLIANCES & OPERATIONAL EFFICIENCY [SUPERVISOR] :

1. Supervising the Project Management Framework - migration process, WBS, project documentation, liaison with stakeholders including legal, compliance, HR, finance, IT etc.

2. Ensuring that the Onshore Regulatory compliances with respect to outsourcing of operations are identified and addressed by MGS clients during and after the migration on an ongoing basis.

3. Identifying, initiating, leading, reviewing operational efficiency projects, simplication / automation of processes, assessing workload and headcount needs basis volume of operations.

4. Implementation and Monitoring KPIS / KRIs of various teams and reporting to management. Adding value to the PDCA process and follow up on action plans.

III. BUSINESS ANALYSYS AND MANAGEMENT REPORTING :

1. Identifying and initiating cost reduction programs for MGS.

2. Financial Analysis and Management Reporting Support

3. Identifying and initiating projects for optimum utilization of resources, analysing and reporting the impact thereof to management.
