- GCC: Work with Global Capability Centers in implementing complex transformation and Business as Usual initiatives
- Risk, Compliance and Control: Internal controls optimization, statutory compliance management, IFRS
- People: Finance talent assessment and management, finance leadership assessment and finance technical training
- Client project delivery and management :project planning, solution design, execution, reporting, stakeholder management, issue/risk management,
- Lead/Support in business development activities: client pursuits/mining, go to market activities etc.
- Finance Function Transformation: End to end transformation covering finance strategy, structure, people, process, technology and change aspects
- Efficiency: Efficiency in operating model (Shared Services Advisory, Outsourcing Advisory) and efficiency in operations
Desired skills
- Strong program and project management skills
- Identification of process improvement opportunities in the assigned projects
- Ensure quality assurance on the projects and effectively manage multiple stakeholders
- Strong technical skills in process improvement, data analysis and visualization
