Job Role and Experience:

Candidate will works with clients to address issues of importance to the Chief Information Officer (CIO) and Chief Technology Officer (CTO) in creating value and delivering world-class IT capabilities to support futuristic business needs.

We are seeking individuals with consulting experience or individuals who have gained significant project and IT transformation experience within large recognized businesses.

Engagement Delivery Expectations

1). Should have prior experience of delivering engagements involving IT strategy and Enterprise architecture; Exposure to EA tool can be added advantage.

2). Should have worked on at least one large transformation project or digital transformation engagement.

3). Should have thorough understanding of at-least one of the areas : Business processes, Applications, Data and Infrastructure architecture.

4). Should know about IT operating models and IT organizations structure and the ability to assess those.

5). Should understand IT - business alignment, IT strategy and planning, development of current and future state IT architecture, roadmaps, IT/Digital maturity assessment, etc.

6). Should have experience in designing and managing an effective IT governance framework across the spectrum of IT service delivery.

7). Should be able to analyze data and translate findings into meaningful insights, integrating relevant business knowledge.

8). Should have knowledge about or exposure to areas such as IT Service Management and Governance, Agile methodologies, Data visualization, Cloud technologies, emerging technologies.

9). Should be able to lead conversations with the client stakeholders.

10). Should be very good at documentation using various tools (Such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint, visualization tools, MS-Project, etc.)

11). Should have experience in any one or two industry sectors such as Pharma, Telecom, FMCG, Consumer Durables, Healthcare, GCCs, IT/ITes, e-commerce, etc.

Practice Development & Pre-Sales

1). Would be involved in supporting on-going engagements and attempting to up-sell.

2). Should have experience in pursuit teams including conceptualizing propositions and presenting solutions to client.

3). Would support in developing new solution offerings, tools and knowledge repositories.

Overall

- People skill - has worked independently on projects or as part of small consulting teams.

- Should be self-driven and organized person with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high pressure environment.

- Has strong communication skills as the profile requires interactions with CIO, CEO, CFO and other senior leadership.

- Believes in quality deliverables that are on-time.

- Is willing to travel on short notice for domestic as well as international engagements

- Is willing to relocate within India.
