Job Description :
1. Minimum 10 years of experience in procurement of Goods, Works and consultancy services (should have worked on preparation of tender documents, responding to pre-bid queries, tender evaluation etc.)
2. Must have direct experience of applying the World Bank's or other donor Procurement policies and guidelines and be able to reference examples of such experience.
3. Experience in managing transport project (road & highways/Railways/Ports & Waterways/Airport) along with good knowledge of project planning, monitoring and management techniques.
4. Post Graduate with 4-10 years of experience working on large infrastructure projects as procurement specialist and amongst all his projects at least 1-2 projects should be World bank/ADB/JICA or any other donor agency funded.
5. Excellent client management skills along with analytical and report writing skills.
Qualification : Engineering (preferably Civil/Mechanical)/commerce graduate (preferably with postgraduate degree/diploma)

1. Procurement, Contracts, Tenders
2. Project Management
3. Large Infrastructure Project experience.
Base Location : Gurgaon
Client Location : Guwahati for 1.5-2 years
