Position: Sr. Consultant /Manager- Energy Efficiency

Location-Gurgaon

Key Responsibilities :

- Assisting with development and execution of energy projects (in areas of Energy Efficiency, Energy Management, Climate Change, Electric Vehicles, Environment & Sustainability)

- Engaging with Clients and key stakeholders

- Conducting market research on upcoming energy technologies in energy sector

- Performing financial and economic due-diligence and preparing business models for projects in energy sector (in areas of Energy Efficiency, Energy Management, Climate Change, Electric Vehicles, Environment & Sustainability)

- Managing and analyzing large datasets using advanced Excel

- Preparing and presenting persuasive presentations

- Developing business proposals and conceptualizing new business opportunities

- Co-authoring journal articles, white papers, and marketing pieces

Basic Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree/ Master's degree (preferred) in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic/ IT/ Computer Science/ Architectural/Building Science/ Energy Management/ Climate change and Sustainability or related subject

- MBA in finance/ project management is an add-on advantage

- Coursework or professional/internship experience with energy modeling energy is an add-on advantage

Preferred Skills/Experience :

- Knowledge of mechanical systems and related energy use

- Understanding of economic and financial valuation including NPV and IRR analysis

- Experience with energy modeling tools (e.g., Open Studio, Energy Plus, etc.)

- Professional work experience or internships in energy sector projects (Energy Efficiency, Energy Management, Climate Change, Electric Vehicles, Environment & Sustainability)

Professional Skills :

- Excellent client insight & experience to work with clients in the energy sector (Energy Efficiency, Energy Management, Climate Change, Electric Vehicles, and Environment & Sustainability). Good relationship-building skills.

- Capability to lead projects independently

- Proven track record on various complex projects in energy sector

- Proficiency in team management and team building skills

- Experience in Stakeholder Education and Capacity Building (any experience in event monitoring and management will be add on)

- Team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Strong quantitative and analytical skills

- Exceptional report writing and communication skills

- Adroit in developing market research reports

- Clearly expresses ideas, thoughts, and concepts in writing

- Demonstrates trustworthiness and upholds the highest ethical standards

- Ability to work in an interdisciplinary and multicultural environment.
