Role : Senior Consultant/Manager - e-Gov  Experience: 8 to 12 years  Location - North(Gurgaon)/East(Kolkata or Guwahati)/South(Hyderabad)   Roles & Responsibilities:  - Engaging government clients across the hierarchy and understanding the requirements  - Should be capable of designing and proposing solutions to meet customer requirements and address complex governance / technical process requirements  - Providing consultation to the customers and keeping them updated with the current advancements in eGovernance domain  - Working in a team, which develops comprehensive solutions through deep engagement with the clients and carries out the tasks like,  - Process mapping  - Government Process Re-engineering  - Preparation of Detailed Project Report  - Preparation of RFP and carry out Bid Management Activities  - Managing Programs /Projects  - Responsible for developing customer relationship through deep engagement and delivering continuous value by meeting customer expectations and handling day to day issues  - Providing assistance to other team members by way of assisting them in solving challenging problems, sharing technical knowledge and adhering to quality processes in ensuring team objectives are met.   - Ensuring that project deliverables are met and project time is maintained. Responsible for generating reports and other such documents, as required for internal and client side process compliance  Education: BE + MBA with minimum 5+ years of work experience in IT/Consulting   Professional Competencies:   - Understanding of technology (hardware & software)  - eGovernance domain expertise   - Behavioral & Managerial Competencies  - High on self- drive and confidence   - Willingness to learn and work in teams   - Good problem solving and analytical skills   - Effective communication and interpersonal skills   - Strong report writing skills   - Strong project management skills   - Travel ready for short term as well as long term
