Senior Consultant/Manager/Associate Director - Organizational Change Management - Consulting Firm (4-13 yrs)
Job Purpose :
You are BE / BTECH / BCA / BSC with an MBA with 5-13 years of experience helping organization design change management programs and deploy measurable change management interventions and wider transformational change initiatives across functions to drive superior levels of performance. You have experience with developing strategies, structures, systems, processes as well as building capabilities to attract, develop, motivate and retain people to deliver on the strategic goals of organizations.
Key Responsibility Areas :
- Work on organizational/ behavior change management programs, with oversight from a Transformational Change Manager
- Deploy measurable change management interventions and wider transformational change initiatives
- Operate, with support where needed, across change management, communications
- Execute change management plans
- Build and manage change management deliverables and activities to a business-ready standard
- Ensure that the appropriate change management tools and methods are applied to IT projects
Skills & Experience :
- 4 - 13 years of change management experience
- Experience executing 2-3 end to end change management projects is mandatory
- Individual delivery of high impact change management activities
- Working knowledge of organization change management for IT solutions
- Understanding of change management approaches
- Proven track record of building strong stakeholder relationships at different organizational levels
- Ability to produce high quality business-facing deliverables and activities to drive and sustain change
- Resilient and able to manage challenge and resistance
- Results/outcomes oriented, business value focused
- Confident and able to work in high-ambiguity work environment
- Excellent verbal and written presentation skills
