The HR Practice is a boutique HR consulting firm, with a highly differentiated service offering. Founded over 9 years ago at Bangalore by an XLRI alumnus Anu Sharma, the Firm has engaged with over 100+ corporations, supporting them in their Human Capital Management efforts.

We have two distinct practices - Managed Services model of managing end to end Human Resources function for our clients, and Advisory services - pure consulting on turn key engagement modes. We are sector agnostic and have worked with companies in Technology / Manufacturing / Retail / Healthcare / Media among others.

Very actively engaging with Emerging Great Organisations such as redBus.in as well as with quite a few of our clients with global heritage - Wells Fargo, ESPN, Danaher Corp, UBM, SAP to name a few, we have had the opportunity to partner quite many business success and growth stories . The Firm currently has presence in Bangalore and Mumbai, and a team of close to 50 HR professionals.

We are looking for competent HR professionals with Senior and Leadership level talent acquisition experience to work with a client in the manufacturing space. While there is emphasis today on growing the organization and talent acquisition being the primary focus, the individual would also be responsible for HR operations related activities in the organization

The client : The opportunity is for the right kind of talent who can add value, across projects /assignments . We do not do client based hiring

Role Profile : Senior Consultant, Managed Services . The incumbent would be responsible for talent acquisition and HR operations related activities for a Mumbai based client

The role scope :

The incumbent will manage client facing delivery role .

- Delivering Managed Services which includes all activities in the Employee Life Cycle with an emphasis on talent acquisition in the early stages

- Manage delivery of key client deliverables

- Building own and team's capability.

Desired Profile :

- MBA in HR from a reputed institute

- 6 - 9 years HR Experience with reputed organisations

- 3 - 4 Years exposure in Senior level hiring in high end engineering environments

- A basic degree in Engineering ( + MBA) would be a plus

- Excellent verbal and written communications

- Exposure to robust processes, in MNC context

- Execution skills in a client facing environment
