Senior Consultant - Leadership Hiring - Executive Search Firm (6-10 yrs)
a) Revenue management and target achievement - Understanding and being proficient in the process of candidate identification and candidate assessment to achieve the targets. Plan, develop, and implement strategies for enhancing revenue growth.
b) Portfolio of mandates - Comprehensive and exhaustive understanding of our Clients and their industry and then manage and execute a portfolio of mandates across sectors, geographies, functions and levels.
c) Compliance - Process Compliance through Progress Trackers, regular reviews and internal operations protocols.
d) Develop relationships with, influence, and manage candidates independently.
e) Develop high-quality business intelligence, presentations, and reports, including both primary and secondary resources
f) Communicate and influence senior management across sectors functions and geographies. The role will need extremely well-honed written and verbal communication skills.
g) Strategic Orientation- Contribute to the overall firm strategy and business building goals.
