Role Purpose
The incumbent of this role is a key part of capability depth in the PEOPLE & ORGANIZATION practice. The role holder is expected to uphold the Organization risk, quality, independence and values guidelines and contribute to strengthening the brand of Organization PEOPLE & ORGANIZATION as a high-quality and high-impact partner for clients.
Key Responsibilities -
- Business Delivery - Work on long-term / short-term projects for PEOPLE & ORGANIZATION/Management Consulting under the guidance of a project manager.
- Assist the team with primary and secondary research, run qualitative and quantitative analysis, identify appropriate business solutions and implement the same for clients.
- Ensure adherence to timelines, quality/risk/financial guidelines.
- Leverage the knowledge management framework and ensure that it is constantly updated with the work done.
- Build strong relationships with client stakeholders and internal team members across levels.
- Internal Practice Contribution - Support special projects for the creation of new methodologies, points of view, tools and techniques. Champion improvement initiatives based on own experience / learnings from the external environment.
Experience and Exposure -
- 3-6 years of experience in consulting / corporate roles
- Understanding of the human capital lifecycle and experience of working on a number of areas
- Awareness of HR technology options and solutions
- Strong working knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel
- Strong academic credentials
- Strong learning intelligence
