Senior Consultant - HR Advisory (15-25 yrs)

Background & Experience:

- HR Professionals with HR Generalist experience in varied industry

- Experience of working in a Family Owned Enterprise would be added advantage

- Passion to Consult and a thought process / experience of how HR can enable business growth

- Candidates from Mumbai only

Role:

- Manage multiple consulting HR projects (CHRO of multiple companies) wherein he/she is responsible to strategize HR / OD for the client organization (Family Owned SME- s)

- Work with Client Organization as a strategic partner to diagnose key challenges in the organization, bridging HR gaps and ensuring better functioning of HR Department within the client organization

- Maintain and manage excellent relations with clients by meeting every account periodically

- Facilitate / Guide team of consultants on the projects and support them with ideas for Customer Delight

- Manage Financial Productivity / profitability of each project

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with Owners / Directors to understand their key challenges in building / managing the organization and work with the team to find solutions by being a Trusted Partner

- Build a comprehensive HR Strategy in line with the Vision / Business Plan of the client organization

- Lead / Manage HR & OD department (or initiatives) for the client Organization which would include all or some of the Tactical HR systems, processes and ensure its successful implementation as per agreed timelines. The interventions could be follows:

- Creating performance driven culture in the client organization (viz. formation of KRA/KPI across, ensuring its implementation / sign off, regular reviews of KRA/KPI as per agreed timelines)

- Creating dashboards / analytics of such periodic reviews for management action

- Leading initiatives like Culture building (Values), Competency creation and assessment, creation of IDP's and training calendar

- Implement various other organization building initiatives such as Training, succession planning, mentoring etc. as the need may be

- Creation of HR Policies, Manuals, SOPs and SLAs

- Supervise HR Operations viz. Legal, Statutory, Compliances, Payroll (need basis)

- Collaborate with Client HR team members if any to include them in all HR related interventions.

- Work with the Assessment, L&OD and Search teams to ensure cross-selling / deep selling at client organization and lead initiatives in these areas

- Establishes, maintains & updates appropriate systems for internal measurement of productivity (Updated MIS, Time Sheets)

- Develop Consultants in your team and across organization
