Senior Consultant - Financial Transformation- BIG4 Gurgaon

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

- We are looking for top class Finance Performance Improvement Professionals

- Focus on performance improvement, cost management, activity based costing, financial modelling and helping CFOs to assess and improve their finance function

- Work in multidisciplinary teams, provide insights and recommendations on people, processes and systems and work with clients to deliver performance improvements

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

- (CA,CPA or CIMA Or MBA Finance). 4-8 years of consulting experience in Financial transformation.

- Experience with finance functions - Cost Accounting, Revenue Recognition, Revenue Accounting, Cost & Profitability planning, Zero Based Budgeting

- Finance function transformation, Strategy, Finance Organization Design

- Performance management/ measurement.

- Knowledge on Financial Consolidation, Cost Allocation and Finance Planning and Budgeting Processes; tools like Oracle Hyperion, Black Line.

- Knowledge of P2P, R2R, O2C, Fixed Assets, Reconciliation process knowledge.

- Open to travel (Domestic & International)
