Roles and Responsibilities:
- As an Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) and Finance domain consultant, the candidate is required to have experience in:
- Implement best-in-class planning solutions for planning budgeting and forecasting
- Interact with Client and Business team on requirement gathering and project implementations
- Develop reporting strategy and MIS reporting packages
- Current state assessment and Fit-gap analysis
- KPIs, Value driver analysis, Driver based planning models
- Zero based budgeting solution and experience with developing budgets (ground up)
- Costing and profitability modeling (ABC, LCC, target costing etc.)
- Preparation and facilitation of application design sessions related to data model, business rules, reports, and security
- Leadership of individual work streams associated with process implementation. Examples include: Test Cycle support, Application Configuration and Unit Testing support, Training Lead, Budgeting/Forecasting Process support
- Preparation of key deliverables such as design documents, test documentation, training materials and administration/procedural guides
- Driving the implementation of the solution and play back the solution to the Business users convincingly
- Design and development of process management in planning
- Evaluating and selecting appropriate tools
