Senior Consultant/Engagement Manager - Consulting Firm - IIT/IIM

- Management and lead consulting projects and engagements

- Develop, implement and deliver various consulting projects related to large scale transformation for the centre and state governments

- Develop concept notes on various flagship initiatives of Government

- Ability to work directly with clients and lead projects

- Design, ideate and execute large-scale government-driven schemes impacting millions directly

- Strong research capabilities as well ability to conceptualise and execute ideas and programs

- Strong presentation abilities

Education qualifications:

- IIT, IIM, NLUs, SRCC, St Stephen's and other Tier 1/Tier 2 institutes preferred

- Work experience of 1-5 years in Mckinsey/BCG/Bain/Big 4 or working in development focussed consulting firms like Samagra/I-PAC
