Senior Consultant Energy & Environment Practice - MEASA

Responsibilities :

- Project Leadership - Manage project teams, ensure delivery of consulting engagements, including presenting and communicating on the ground with clients, all the way to the C-suite

- Research and Strategic Evaluation - Develop powerful, actionable strategic recommendations while driving end-to-end project execution

- Team Development - Lead, manage, mentor and motivate consultants & analysts; promoting innovative ideas, creativity and best practices

- Business Support - Leverage sector/ technology knowledge in supporting on proposals

- Thought Leadership - Keeping abreast with the latest happening in the industry and share novel ideas and thoughts through various platforms

Skill Requirements :

- A minimum of 10 years' experience, with a top tier strategy consulting firm, and/ or a strategy role in a company within the sectors of focus outlined above

- At least 5 years of relevant and similar experience in Energy & Environment domain

- Graduate or advanced degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering; MBA; Certificate in project management is a plus

- Proficient in written and verbal English

- A thorough understanding of market intelligence and strategy development; Demonstrable skills in problem solving and modelling, with an analytical approach

- Verbal and written communication skills, coupled with exceptional presentation skills

- Team player with Can-Do-Attitude, willingness to take initiatives, and to learn new skills

- Aptitude to build long-term, professional relationships with client management teams at senior levels based on trust and capability

- Willingness to travel within the region
