Senior Consultant - Digital Transformation - Consulting Firm

Key responsibility areas:

- Undertake broad consulting work covering operations, organization and strategy

- Build, operate and transfer capabilities to help clients use digital technology to transform their businesses

- Exhibit an aptitude for analytics and help client's setup performance management frameworks using business intelligence tools and bespoke technology development

- Drive end-to-end digital transformations across business, technology, people and process to create client value and drive outcomes

- Facilitating client workshops that involve eliciting business requirements and concern areas and developing and communicating recommendations

- Setup and undertake project governance and management for successful delivery and completion of multiple projects

- Responsible for management of project escalations and providing period project management updates to clients as well as internal stakeholders within the organization

- Responsible for review of project work to ensure quality delivery on project

- Undertake mentoring and provide guidance to individual team members for overall professional development

- Strong record of leadership in an academic, professional or extracurricular setting

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

- Demonstrated aptitude for analytics and technology-led transformations

- Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively- both verbally and in writing- in English

Number of years of experience expected: 5+ years with focus on banking operations/risk management/service operations/product and/or operations digitization

- Educational qualification expected: Bachelor's degree (Ex. BFM, BAF, BMS, BCom and/ or BA (Economics)); Master's degree and/or equivalent advanced professional degree (Ex. MBA, CA etc.)

- Preferable additional certifications (any): FRM, CFA

- Preferred Knowledge of Software's / Coding Languages: HTML5, .Net Framework, VBA (TBC)

- Language requirements: Ability to write and speak fluently in English
