Role :
- The job involves delivering end-to-end contact center digital transformation projects, running consulting engagements, building curated transformation solutions, and conducting market research.
- The candidate should be well-versed in pre-sales activities, developing collateral and new capabilities, and understanding client digital transformation needs.
- They should possess strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills, as well as be proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and digital platforms.
- The ideal candidate should be a team player, self-driven, results-oriented, and capable of domestic and international travel. The minimum academic qualification required is an MBA, and the candidate should be Black Belt Certified.
