Senior Consultant - Delivery - Talent Management - Contractual Role (8-14 yrs)
Understanding client context and Project Planning :
a Ensure a comprehensive understanding of the client expectations from the Pre-Sales consultant/ BDM/ AM
b. Provide inputs to PMO to prepare a comprehensive project plan in consultation with the Presales consultants and for very large projects the BDM/AM
c. Ensure the PMO communicates the Project plan to the client and internal stakeholders
Project Delivery :
a. Ensure all requisite inputs are captured, understood and synthesized such that effective
deliveries are made of the competency framework creation, ACDC implementation and Training programs; webinars, report interpretation sessions etc.
b. Design the Assessment regime with the first level of evidences and ensure the design is turned in to the SCT as per SLA
c. Review the score sheets and ensure the scoresheet is in sync with the design requirements
d. Ensure detailed assessor briefing documentation is made for large project deliveries ( above 5lacsINR) and ensure the project briefing call is delivered to the associates.
e. Ensure the Opening slide deck is sent out to the Delivery Lead
f. Ensure the specific expectations and format of the feedback is explicitly articulated, captured and implemented to ensure a seamless delivery.
g. Ensure the ACDC reports are Quality checked before they are send out to the clients on time and track this.
h. Post the Project delivery hold a Project Delivery Review where all stakeholders of the project come onto a call to review the various elements of the project
Client Value Adds :
a. Ensure comprehensive insights are derived from the analysis of talent trends incorporating talent data from the previous years' assessments and linking that to the objectives that the client seeks to achieve.
b. Feedback the analyses/ value adds to clients to ensure buyin and stickability.
c. Generate deep insights basis the analysis of talent data and show case this with clients to generate repeat business.
d. Ensure the value realized by the client is effectively captured in the form a Case Study/ Testimonials
a. Timely updation of client meetings, discussion points
b. Timely updation of timesheets
Minimum 8 years of experience is required. Masters in I/O Psychology preferable. This is a 1 year Contractual role.
