Role : Senior Consultant/Consultant Job Description : - Candidates with Supply Chain Consulting Experience in B2B Sectors only pls apply - Consultants required to execute supply chain projects focused on improving performance in terms of delivery compliance, lead time reduction, inventory strategy for various SKU's etc - Map As-Is planning processes, understand and baseline past performance and identify key issues for improvement - Develop hypothesis for improvements and validate them with extensive data analysis on various processes in overall order to delivery cycle. - Design and execute improvement plans for demand planning, supply planning and S&OP processes - Design & implementation of sales & operations planning process - Define KPI's for various supply chain processes and setup proper review mechanisms - Actively drive implementation on all initiatives and savings areas - Work with the Project Manager and understand the change management requirements and contribute on various change & people involvement initiatives - Conduct process training as required - Work with client organisation in evaluating the improvement in KPI's - Document the To-Be process for the client - Looking for candidate with above experience in Industrial products categories and with experience of such projects in B2B sectors
