Requirement : Cards & Payments - Business Analyst (Authorization/Settlement/Clearing Domain)

Location : Bangalore

Qualification: MBA mandate

Level : SA M (Con/S Con)

Consultant : Max 15/16 LPA including variables, Experience : 5 - 10 yrs

Senior Consultant : Max 22 LPA including variables; Experience : 6 - 12 yrs.

Job Description :

POD stands for an agile team

Like for example, this project (overall) needs 3 PODs, who would be working in specific areas, like, one for Settlement, one for Authorization etc.

Must Have Skills :

1. Deep Knowledge and Experience in Agile execution model and POD functions

2. Excellent Communication and Business Facing Skills

3. Knowledge in Authorization/Settlement/Clearing Domain

4. Experience in playing a product manager/owner role

Role/Responsibilities :

1. Document BRD, RTM, FSD's / Manage product backlog (user stories)

2. Serve as functional lead on moderately complex to complex projects for assigned applications.

3. Provide mentoring and leadership to less experienced personnel on the project team.

4. Schedule and facilitate project team meetings, and document and distribute meeting minutes as applicable to ensure all team members are informed and issues are addressed.

5. Meet with internal application owners to discuss requested application changes

6. Participate in and document data mapping for integration of systems
