Senior Consultant/Client Engagement - Recruitment Sales (1-9 yrs)

Designation: Client Engagement/ Sr. Consultant

Location : Mumbai

Education : MBA HR (only)

Client Intelligence & Engagement

- To understand the total number of mandates the respective organization outsourced to recruitment consultants

- To understand Business Plans (in terms of expansion, change in strategy, M&A)

- To understand Recruitment plans & manpower needs

Driving Client Satisfaction :

- Ensuring client satisfaction through value-adding & effective delivery on mandates (individual & team)

Revenue Generation

- Connect with HR of allocated accounts to ensure targeted number of mandates

- Ensure delivery on mandates to meet the targeted billing accountwise

Delivery on Independent Mandates :

- Responsible for candidate sourcing, assessing and shortlisting for senior level mandates

- Facilitate interview lining up and coordination in case of senior level mandates

- Facilitate Salary Negotiations (even for junior level mandate)

- Partner with HR & Top Management

Knowledge, Skills and Experience :

- Various Interviewing Techniques

- Sector wise knowledge

- Naukri mining

- Ability to read and assess CVs

- Adept at online research

- Key Account Management/Account Mining

- Understanding & Assessing Salary Structures

- Conducting Background Reference Checks

- Relationship Building

- Business Understanding
