Experience:- Min 2 years

Qualification:- MBA from a premier business school

Location:- Mumbai / Bangalore

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Work with client's leadership teams and drive strategic and operational initiatives, implement innovative solutions, measure results and ensure performance meets desired targets

- Support engagement leader in preparing work plans and defining solution approach

- Play a key role in front-ending client engagements and drive data gathering, hypothesis development, analyzing and synthesizing data to draw insights

- Work as part of a team of solution designers and implement solutions

- Support proposal and business development and participating in other firm building activities
