Senior Consultant - Business Analysis - Basel

Domain Skills (Applicable for all roles) :

- Good understanding of Basel Norms (Basel II & III)

- Good understanding of RWA (Risk weighted Assets) data, NCCR (Non counter party Credit Risk), CAR (Capital adequacy ratio), SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley Act)

- Working Experience in Risk (Credit, Market & Specifically Operational risk) and Compliance other Regulatory project including reporting

BA skills ( Applicable for BAs / SME only) :

- Working knowledge on Current state - To be state, target operating model, business process design.

- Documentation of business requirements and seeing through to sign off

- Work exp. With IT delivery teams to support solution definition

- Gap analysis; Data analysis, Data mapping; Data modelling

- Good understanding of RWA (Risk weighted Assets) data & processing,

- Should be able to analyse Basel III Reforms legislation with a view to fully understanding local regulatory impacts/requirements
