Senior Consultant - Analytics/SAS - BFSI (6-12 yrs)

Technical and domain expertise-

1. Expertise in SAS plus R/SQL & advanced analytics/Statistics Techniques such as general linear model, ANOVA, decision trees, linear regression, Bayesian etc

Key Responsibilities

1. Work closely with the Group/Region/Country stakeholder to understand the business requirements and priorities and deliver the agreed analytics priorities

2. Development of Algorithmic Credit Decisioning model

3. Work independently to deliver project assignments.

4. Ensure appropriate operational procedures are in place in compliance with the Bank's strategy, branding policies and standards

5. Ensure adherence of Group/Country Governance

Experience

The Person Must Have:

1. At least 6+ years desired relevant work experience in Banking / Financial Services Industry

2. In depth business understanding for client, segment, product, channels and business life-cycles

3. Expert in building Credit Risk/Marketing model

4. Conceptual and technical knowledge of risk concepts and quantitative modeling techniques.

5. Proficiency in SAS, SAS macro is must, SAS Enterprise Miner knowledge is preferred

6. Hands on tools and techniques experience in data mining, Big data, BI & Analytics

7. Strong communication skills both written and verbal

8. Self-driven and result focused
