Key Responsibilities :
- Setting up a SOX Centre of excellence (CoE) for validating compliance to SOX program globally
- Reviewing and testing SOX controls.
- Enhanced testing templates with standard testing attributes for controls to align the same with external auditor requirements
- Training a scalable talent pool and building a strong centralized SOX team of business process, IT and SOX champions who were trained on client processes and controls to deliver SOX testing remotely.
- Set up a strong governance rhythm with global SOX PMO to update and monitor progress and performance of COE, deficiencies noted, remediation plan, etc.
